4. Pricing and Payment
All prices are inclusive of taxes and may change without notice. Installation will begin only after payment confirmation.
5. Warranty
25-year performance warranty on solar panels and 5-year warranty on inverter are provided by the manufacturer. We assist with warranty claims.
6. Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall PN Kinetic Sunrise Solar Systems Private Limited be liable for any direct, indirect, special, or consequential damages.
7. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by Indian laws. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Maharajganj, Uttar Pradesh.
