Currently, he operates 'Maa Adi Shakti Associates', a recovery agency with 20+ years of experience. He is also actively involved in social service through NGO 'Arpan Gram Udyog Seva Sansthan'.
Appointed by government notification, he served as a member of the Juvenile Justice Board (JJB) from 27th August 2010 to 22nd December 2016, working for the care, protection, and welfare of children.
